Vast Interior is currently rebranding and expanding with the opening of new bespoke showrooms in capital cities around Australia.  The beginning of this expansion has been the opening of Vast Interior Paddington.

 

We are seeking an exceptional Manager with a passion for sales and strong leadership skills to run our new Paddington showroom.

 

Your New Role

This role requires a motivated, dedicated and experienced Showroom Manager. You will manage a small team of Showroom Consultants and assist in driving great sales and service results. Financially, you will have full access to the Showroom's P&L and will have responsibility of the store results and treat the Showroom as your own business.

 

The Showroom is in a prime location with exceptional opportunity to attract exclusive customers and offer the highest level of customer service.

 

Your Experience

You may have retail management experience from a similar industry, but you must have an outstanding and proven sales record. You will also possess:

 

  • Strong sales skills with high standards of customer service
  • The ability to manage a team autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think outside the box to achieve store targets
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • You will have the ability to lead your team on the floor by example and deliver hands on coaching
  • Motivated to be an integral part of our expansion plan
